Lorraine Kelly and a breast cancer colleague, Helen Addis, at ITV.com recently launched ChangeAndCheck - a national breast cancer awareness campaign focussing on 'self-examination'.

Breast Density Matters UK supports this campaign, which provides  reminders (via stickers in high street changing rooms) to check for symptoms of breast cancer.   

Additionally, the image can be printed and displayed - as a poster at gym/slimming/dance/sport/theatre clubs and Universities - endless list of places. Where else? Any ideas?
