eCancer.org have asked me to share their survey with my network. They support BDM UK's work, they share educational information on breast density, and believe in patient empowerment. 

The survey:  Asking cancer patients, families and friends about their experiences of receiving and finding information during and beyond their treatment journey.  This is with the aim of helping to guide how information can be improved, making it more relevant and personalised to the individual.
