On Thursday 7th June, Dr Nick Perry, international breast consultant radiologist and DenseBreast-info.org UK ambassador educated about the importance of density at Excel, London. As DB-I's European Education Coordinator, I was delighted to support his efforts. Dr. Perry's presentation generated great interest and enquiries. Indeed, he received invitations to present at future events to continue the density conversation. To compliment his efforts, Breast Density Matters UK have now officially launched the UK Density Education Effort / Expert Group inviting UK health professionals - including radiologists, surgeons, oncologists & others - to join the educational efforts.
