This UK IBCS conference was always going to be the make or break event for BDM UK. The mission: To gain support from the top density scientists, clinicians and to emphasise to breast cancer charities' policy teams that density (risk stratification) needs to be addressed, NOW not LATER. OUTCOME: 1. BDM UK now have the top UK/international density experts supporting our work, offering to assist as & when required. 2. Breast Cancer charities have requested our help with their work on risk stratification & information on the global density movement. Summary: From BDM UK's viewpoint, an enormously successful conference, educating delegates via the poster presentation. More Updates to follow soon.
