Call for Ken Warner to resign as a school board member

This is not libel. This is not slander. No one is taking his words out of context. No one is misinterpreting what he said. This is a topic with a non-partisan, universal red line.
Parents send their children to school trusting that the board making decisions for them holds the highest possible standards for child safety. To see a person in power try to minimize the severity of possessing child sexual abuse material is a massive breach of that trust. The community deserves leadership that stands unequivocally against child exploitation, with no exceptions and no excuses.
Mr. Warner has a well known and well documented history of increasingly erratic and alarming online behavior. This behavior coupled with his recent public judgment on the topic of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is a matter of community concern and it destroys his fitness to serve on a school board. This is not a "difference of political opinion"; this is a child safety issue.
The Vigo County School Corporation is aware of Mr. Warners actions. He had to give a public apology for this same behavior two years ago. His pattern of behavior was going on long before that.
Your community shouldn't have to ask it's School Board to stop protecting his behavior. Your community shouldn't have to ask it's School Board to prioritize the safety of it's students.
Your community is done asking. Your community is demanding for Mr. Warner's immediate resignation.
If the Vigo County School Corporation and its board members choose to not take action this time that makes them all complicit and their silence is endorsement.
