چهل و هفت سال است که ایران تحت تسلط جمهوری اسلامی بوده و مردم ایران در فقر و بدبختی اسیر شده‌اند. اعتراضات مردمی، که اغلب با خشونت سرکوب می‌شوند، تنها به دلیل نبود یک رهبری قدرتمند و درستکار که مستقیما در صحنه حضورداشته باشد  به نتیجه نرسیده‌اند. در این شرایط طاقت‌فرسا، دیگر زمان آن رسیده که تغییری واقعی ایجاد شود و صدای مظلومیت مردم ایران  را به جهانیان برسانیم.

شاهزاده رضا پهلوی، امید بسیاری از مردمی هستند که لب به اعتراض گشوده‌اندوبه خیابانها رفته  تا سرنوشت خود را دوباره تصاحب کنند. با توجه به تحولات  بین المللی در جهان ، شاید این آخرین فرصت برای مبارزه حضوری و رهبری وکمک به مردم در ایران باشد. ملتی که در ظلم و فساد غرق شده، نیاز به رهبری و کمک دارند  که بتوانند این اعتراضات را با  فرمان خیزش مردمی توسط ولیعهد کشورشان  و بدست گرفتن مسالمت آمیز حکومت و حضور تمام مردم معترض فقط دریک مکان متحد ومشخص باشد و دراین صورت ولیعهدرضاشاه دوم قول حضوردرکنارمردم رامیدهند.چون پراکندگی اعتراضات باعث سرکوب راحتتر میشود ولی تجمع ملیونی امکان سرکوب راحت را ازبین میبرد و مسیری درست هدایت کند.

ما، مردم ایران، از ولیعهدرضاشاه دوم تقاضا داریم که رهبری این جنبش را به عهده بگیرند و نیز از جامعه بین المللی و مردم سراسر جهان میخواهیم جهت جلوگیری از کشتار مردم مظلوم ایران توسط نیروهای مزدور جمهوری اسلامی و سپاه ، این پتیشن بین المللی را امضا و تایید و انتشار بدهند ..

In these difficult circumstances, it is time to make real change and raise the voice of the oppressed Iranian people to the world.

Prince Reza Pahlavi is the hope of many people who have taken to the streets to reclaim their destiny. Given the international developments in the world, this may be the last chance to fight face-to-face and lead and help the people of Iran. A nation drowning in oppression and corruption needs leadership and help to end these protests by ordering a popular uprising by the Crown Prince of their country and peacefully taking over the government, and having all the protesting people present in one place, and in this case, Crown Prince Reza Shah II promises to be with the people. Because the dispersion of protests makes it easier to suppress, but a gathering of millions eliminates the possibility of easy suppression and guides the right path.

We, the people of Iran, ask Crown Prince Reza Shah II to take the lead in this movement, and we also ask the international community and people around the world to sign, endorse, and publish this international petition to prevent the massacre of the oppressed people of Iran by the mercenary forces of the Islamic Republic and the Revolutionary Guard Corps.
