EMERGENCY CALL FOR GOVERNMENT ACTION FOR ANIMALS OF IRELAND

1: We want IMMEDIATE activation of a law in relation to puppy breeding. For puppy farms to be made illegal and for the prohibition for puppies for sale for a minimum of three years or until all the dogs in the rescue centres have been rehomed. 

2: Nationwide provision for neutering/spaying programmes for feral cats. As well as a public awareness initiative on the importance of animal neutering.

3: A law of policy for farmers and landowners to neuter and take care of cats on their property (this could be a prerequisite to be eligible for farming grants)

4: A law prohibiting the eviction of any tenant for having a pet. Thousands of people have had to surrender their animals to shelters or face eviction. 

We need a minimum of 100,000 signatures in order to make change happen!
