Call for Ed Miliband to Resign as a Member of Parliament

Call for Ed Miliband to Resign as a Member of Parliament
The Issue
Concerned UK citizens feel that their interests are not adequately represented by Ed Miliband, our current Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero and a Member of Parliament. It's troubling that as a WEF Young Global Leader, Miliband is perceived more as a foreign agent representing the interests of the WEF members, rather than working for the people who elected him. Our democracy along with our nations security relies on representatives who prioritise the needs of their constituents and the nation at large.
This frustration extends from the observation that Ed Miliband's representation employed by the World Economic Forum (WEF), to "penetrate the global cabinets of countries", detracts from his role as a representative of our interests in the UK Government.
The WEF's influence in international affairs is well-renowned, yet this should not supersede the voices of the people. A parliamentarian's priority should always be catering to their constituents and working for the betterment of their nation.
Serving dual roles creates an obvious conflict of interest. It is against this backdrop that we, the undersigned, call for Ed Miliband to step down as a Member of Parliament, to ensure that the interests of the UK people are given the highest regard and are not compromised under any circumstances.
Your signature can send a strong message - that as citizens, we demand transparency and representation that truly reflects our concerns and values and not those of the unelected World Economic Forum.
Please, sign and share the petition, adding a reason for signing also helps as this can also be shared.

Note: As the WEF is not an organisation that we join as the UK and can leave their installed agents also referred to as puppets need to be removed individually.
