I have been informed of more evidence regarding Stormy Lee Ashley Pence and the safety of Amelia Rose since my last update on this petition, The evidence goes as follows:

The first piece of evidence that I uncovered was back in September 2024 by Dankyjabo's second coverage of the family and the content that Stormy Lee made exploiting her child, a user reached out to this content creator about Stormy Lee's criminal history and wished to remain anonymous due to Stormy Lee being proven a bit dangerous when it comes to her being exposed.

On July of that year she live streamed on one of her accounts where a handful of people were criticising her in the chat, She was insulting them and ended up blocking people saying they were recording, stating that she "doesn't give a F**k about their recording".

But before that, she had the slip up of the century and ended up doubling down on it, outright unapologetically confirming that she is using Amelia for money.

In the fake videos she feeds her lines to say and she profits off of the negative reactions she encourages, often times threatening and insulting her child.

The anonymous user that reported this evidence made a Reddit account to put this out there after the user saw MULTIPLE people starting to say "send her to Drake" thus upsetting the user.

This then led to the anonymous user reaching out to Dankyjabo in which the evidence was featured in the second coverage of the family.

The second piece of evidence was that Stormy Lee Ashley Pence operates a podcast!

Yes you heard that correctly, a literal criminal who exploits her children online, manipulates people on TikTok, attacked a creator across state-lines and operates promotions scamming people operates a podcast!

The user that told me this said that her podcast includes her whole family and it's centered around them watching Honey Boo Boo and giving their own opinion of that family even saying that they would operate their podcast on to TikTok and YouTube.

I have also done a bit more of my own research and found out that Stormy Lee also has a private Facebook group named after her business company Customize Me which has over 700 members in her private group, my only guess is that she's manipulating those members on there just like she's doing on her storm trooper cult on TikTok.

I have also researched that on a website called UniCourt that she and her husband Eric had filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy back in November 2017, I believe that was what led to her going on social media and making content exploiting her children and many other nasty crimes that she would commit in the years following.

And the final pieces of evidence passed on to me are; that back on November 4th Stormy Lee talked about putting Amelia in Pagents (a controversial beauty contest featuring contestants under 18 years of age).

Furthermore, this woman has also set up yet another account called Reality Redux which also features content exploiting her children including Amelia.

Stormy Lee attacked another infamous skit content creator (a British 15 year-old who also does similar content to her) and accused that content creator of 'stealing her account and wanting to act like Amelia'

It’s absolutely disgusting how this woman is allowed on social media committing crimes like this and trying to cover it up like nothing happened, all while claiming that she is innocent in an effort to gain popularity!
