CALL FOR ACTION ON THE AUSTRALIAN HOUSING DISASTER 

PLEASE SIGN AND SHARE THIS PETITION, AS WIDELY AS POSSIBLE!

We the undersigned;

• Call on all Federal and State political parties and political independents, to provide a commitment in resolving the ongoing National and State Housing and Homeless Disaster, that has now existed for over 30 years in every Australian State and Territory.
• Know that the lack of housing and housing affordability in every State and Territory, is placing intolerable hardships on every Australian. Many Australians, including young families have now almost no chance of ever owning their own home and sharing in our Australian dream. Many mortgaged are just one interest rate rise away from default, renters are always just one step away from eviction and human rights has become meaningless, to the homeless.
• Understand that being Australian means, we all have a duty of care to our fellow Australians, to ensure we have enough adequate houses to provide a minimum standard of decent living for all Australians in this great Nation. It is what the "Great Australian Dream" stands for that we as a Nation cherish so much.
•  Call for as Petitioners and Australian Citizens on all Political parties at all levels, to truly show they care about all Australians by declaring publicly that; Housing and Homelessness is a Disaster at the Federal, State and Local Council levels, and that it will be the first and foremost election policy, of all political candidates and parties.
• This petition will remain in force, until such time as all the trends on the graph are reversed and the 'Great Australian Dream' becomes a reality again.
