I have some major news to share regarding our fight for accountability. My formal complaint with the California State Bar has officially moved past the intake stage and has been assigned to an investigator. This is a significant step forward—it means the State Bar has determined the allegations warrant a full investigation into the attorney's conduct. Combined with the filing I made with the Attorney General, we are finally seeing the "official" wheels of justice start to turn for the community.
