So let me get this straight - Mark Carney says he would arrest Benjamin Netanyahu if he set foot in Canada yet he knowingly permitted a top level Cleric, Hojjatoleslam Morteza Tayyebi (also spelled Tayyeb or similar variations like Morteza Tayyeb),  from the Evil Iranian Regime in Tehran to enter Canada and march at a Al Quds protest rally in front of the US Consulate in Toronto.
