In our classroom, we believe that a democratic environment is crucial for a healthy learning atmosphere. However, recent events have highlighted the need for a re-evaluation of our leadership structure. Our current classroom officers have displayed a pattern of irresponsible behavior, which hampers not only our daily activities but also affects the morale and academic performance of all students involved.
