Petition Statement:

We, are calling for an urgent Parliamentary Inquest into the performance, accountability, and effectiveness of housing support services administered by Homes NSW and affiliated government departments.

Far too many families and individuals are being left behind, forced into homelessness or prolonged housing insecurity due to bureaucratic delays, poor communication, lack of transparency, and systemic neglect. The current housing crisis is not just a policy failure it is a humanitarian emergency.

We Demand Answers. We Demand Change.

Why are vulnerable people waiting months for housing responses?

Why are rent assistance and arrears processes handled with indifference?

Why is there no visible accountability when people are displaced due to delayed action or systemic failures?

We believe it is time for Parliament to investigate and expose:

The efficiency and conduct of Homes NSW,

The transparency of their allocation and support processes,

The lived experiences of those failed by the system, and

The need for urgent reform, funding, and oversight.

We demand a full inquest, with public hearings, to bring justice, reform, and dignity to our housing system.
