The Centrelink system is an absolute nightmare to navigate. In the past year a whopping 33 million calls have gone unanswered. The same old, same old message. “We have an unprecedented number of calls, please ring back later, Goodbye”. Doesn’t matter what time of the day you call. This is simply not good enough & vulnerable Australians deserve better. The system is more than broken. We need an Enquiry into Centrelink.
