The oldest of 4 children (only 8 years old) ran away from the police car midway through the "RECOVERY" to his neighbour's house and went to the bathroom, removed all his clothes and started taking a bath screaming "they cannot take me if I have no clothes on". He called the police emergency to come and help him as he did not want to be taken at midnight. He called the police to come and rescue her from the custody of the police. Imagine what happens to the police officers ordered to remove these children when they are clearly witnessing the abuse of minor and very small children in their own hands. Children who trust and believe the police will protect them.
The parent of these children cannot contact the media and if s/he did the media cannot report this. There is a Gag Law prohibiting reporting of Family Court cases. The legal fraternity claims this is to protect the children, but indeed it is to protect the Operators of Family Courts. Family Court Cases cannot be revealed even when all parents and children are killed by murder/suicide and there is no one left of that family. The Gag Law still is operating even when all members of a family are DEAD. If not to protect the perpetrators of crimes against families then for whose protection the public is kept in the dark?
The Family Court Judge ambushed the un-represented parent who was unable to travel to Sydney with 4 kids under the age of 8 and had numerous times in Court and in Affidavits explained why he is not able to travel. The Judge called an Urgent Hearing with all children present in Court within 48 hours, right in the middle of the children's School Holiday. No reason was given for the Urgent Hearing. The Parent's Applications to the Court were not given a Hearing Date nor mentioned in the "Urgent Hearing"
In the Hearing, the Family Court Judge Ordered the removal (Recovery) of the children from their parent for reason of parent's inability to take the children from Melbourne to Sydney (1000 km) to see a Family Court Report Writer chosen by a Family Law Firm (representing the other parent) to asses the children!
No risk of harm, no abuse, no accusations of parent's lack of parenting fitness... Only the judge's decision that the children who were otherwise thriving and happy must be removed from one parent with NO CONTACT.
Imagine the harm and everlasting scars of this sadistic Order on the children, their parents, their families, their neighbours, the police officers,... all so the Family Courts can provide for the churning of the multi-billion dollar child trafficking industry lining the pockets of Operators and fleecing the parents and the public.
The children were removed and Ordered by the judge not to have any contact with the parent who committed the "crime" of not taking the children to a different state to meet with a Report Writer who works with the lawyers representing the other parent. These lawyers are the highest-paid lawyers in Australia and have hardly ever Not got a Family Court Order that they ask for.
Human beings by nature will not harm their children. The only times' parents have harmed their children, in human's recent history, were when the parents were brainwashed in a cult.
Family Court incestuous industry operates like a cult.
The lawyers brainwash parents and take their money (just like cults) and tell them they know what is in the best interest of their children!
The unconstitutional Family Law, silences them, in a cult-like manner the secrecy must be upheld.
For otherwise intelligent, loving and caring parents to fork out all their money (and risk their health and the well being of their own children) to these greedy, soul-less, heartless monsters (Family Court Operators) to harm their own flesh and blood, is the reason why we need a multi-faceted investigation into the cult-like activities of Family Courts' Operators.
