Below is the ABC report of a "Missing Child" since October (Really?) who is believed to be with his ... Mother!  Details cannot be released because of legal reasons!! (Really?) What legal reasons? The Gag Law? The one that Family Courts Operatives claim it is for protecting the identity of the child?!

Historically this is a common shameful case reported multiple times in the very many "Investigations" done by the government... that if abuse is reported by a parent, he or she loses the child(ren) to the abuser.

We can categorically claim that the mother had no other choice but to run because of the police, the Child protection agencies and the Family Courts have collectively failed to protect little Thomas.  What other options do you have if your child was ordered to be abused?  Would you not run?

Family Courts act against nature in order to run a billion dollar Evil Divorce Industry that serves lawyers, judges, report writers and their Operatives.  Their claim that they act in the best interest of the child is a disguise for enriching their fully protected and growing bank accounts.

Thomas and hundreds and thousands of innocent children like him, grow up (unless they are murdered by parents and grandparents driven to madness by Family courts) and they will come to hunt those who facilitated their abuse and protected their abusers for PROFIT.

A missing four-year-old boy believed to be in the company of his Adelaide mother has sparked a nationwide search by the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and court authorities.

Key points:
Thomas Bakyrey has not been seen by his father for nine months
The boy is believed to be in the company of his mother, Sarah Tate
A court order has been issued authorising the AFP to recover the boy

Thomas Alexander Bakyrey was last seen by his father Sergiy at Kurralta Park, in Adelaide's south-west, in October and his current location is unknown.

The AFP said it believed the boy's mother, Sarah Elizabeth Tate, 38, had taken him interstate, possibly to Victoria.

Details about the background to the case cannot be published for legal reasons, but police are now urgently seeking the boy's recovery.

"The pain of a missing child is incomparable," AFP acting operations manager Paul Hopkins said in a statement.

"We can only imagine what Sergiy and the rest of Thomas's family are currently going through."

Police have advised anyone with information about the case to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

"If you see Thomas or Sarah, or have any information on their whereabouts, we urge you to contact Crime Stoppers and help reunite Thomas with his family," Mr Hopkins said.

"Hiding a child from their families can have adverse effects and the AFP strongly urges the return of Thomas to his home in Adelaide."

The Federal Circuit Court of Australia has now issued an order allowing police and Family Court of Australia authorities to recover the child.

Ms Tate's car, a white Toyota RAV4 with registration S785 BXR, was spotted in Bordertown in South Australia in late February.

She has been described as having long, brown hair which is sometimes dyed in shades of red.

She wears glasses and is approximately 163 centimetres tall and of a small build.

Investigate Family Courts and bring perpetrators of crime against humanity to justice.
