Australia's Family Courts, arguably the most corrupt amongst globally the most corrupt illegal institutions, is protected by successive governments and Attorney Generals. For close to two decades victims of Family Courts in Australia have begged for these courts to be investigated.
If a Royal Commission is called so many politicians, judges, lawyers, and Operators of these unconstitutional courts will most probably be named and shamed for knowingly cause harm to innocents for their own financial gain. That is why they are resisting a Royal Commission with all their might and trickery.
The time will come and they will pay for their crimes.

Children the losers in Australia's family courts, Law Reform Commission finds

The Australian Law Reform Commission says children are falling through the gaps between the federal family courts and state-based child protective services.
It found that Australia's family law system is placing children in unsafe situations, including letting them live with violent parents.
Legal experts say the problem is serious, because the federal courts have little capacity to investigate allegations of family violence and child abuse.
One young woman has told the ABC the failures in the system meant she was forced to live with her abuser.
