Australia's Attorney General, Christian Porter, ducked calling a Royal Commission for many months even though he and almost everybody in the legal fraternity know there is absolutely no other way to bring to account the endemic crime and corruption that is destroying Australia's most vulnerable innocent victims of Family Court.
AG Porter told all activists and advocates and parents and grand parents that he can do nothing until ALRC report is completed on 31 March 2019....
BUT 31 March 2019 is a Sunday! Everything is closed including the AG's Office and the Australia's Legal Reform Commission's.
Did he not want to tell the actual date to the victims of Family Courts... Monday April 1... April Fool's Day?
The answer is yes. He fooled everyone and the victims of Family Courts are not laughing.
The dreaded report whose Commissioners were AFCC's Vice President and a Family Court Lawyer and more than 65% of its advisors are in direct connection (and profiting from ) Family Court's status quo, was no where to be found on 31 March or 1 April.
AG Porter's Office would not tell if the Report was completed or not and when would the members of public be made aware of it. Why not? "Send an email" they would say!
We believe the date for release of ALRC report was chosen at this date to stop members of public finding out and to shut off those who demanded a Royal Commission investigating Family Courts, while protecting every person profiting from Family Courts and the legal fraternity... "legally".
How?
By law (written by the same people who are trained to manipulate it tp profit) AG Porter is not obliged to publish and make public the ALRC report on Family Courts ... unless 10 Parliament Sitting Days has passed... How many of those sittings are left before AG Porter and his government shut everything down for 2019 Federal Elections? Precisely NOT 10 Sitting Days.
This is the most disgusting trickery ever played on Australia's Family Courts victims.
It is precisely for this reason that NO Lawyer/Politician should setup the terms of the inevitable Family Courts Royal Commission.
Write to AG Porter and demand that he tables the ALRC report in the Parliament so members of Public can be made aware of its content and Call a Royal Commission with its Terms of Reference setup by the VICTIMS of Family Courts and NOT the Lawyer/Judge/Operator/Politician.
