As a stakeholder in the prestigious Regency Oaks Community, I am deeply concerned about the proposed 2025 budget, which suggests a shocking increase in dues from $850 to $1,625. This financial change could significantly impact the livelihoods and budgets of various households within our esteemed community. According to Section 3 of RONA Bylaws, a special meeting can be summoned by the members through a petition as long as it is endorsed by at least 25% of the Total Association Vote.

This call to action is essential not just for me but for all RONA members. It is our opportunity to express our perspectives on the proposed dues adjustment and influence its implementation. As such, the special meeting notice, conforming to the RONA Bylaws, would include the exact date, time, place, and purpose of the gathering. The only agenda item will be to discuss and vote on the proposed 2025 budget.
