Hello everyone,

I think the Mayor and Council are feeling the pressure. They called another last minute meeting yesterday with was closed to the public but was, to my understanding, about utility rates and relief.

At this past Tuesday's meeting (organized by the amazing Sounantha Boss of Thai Orchard Room - thank you Sou!), the Mayor agreed to advise the cost of delivery of utilities per kWh for us (reminder that no one could answer that question and they've supposedly been reviewing rates for 18 months).

We invite you to join us in person outside of City Hall on Tuesday, September 5th at 6:00 pm. We will all head into the City Council meeting for 6:30 pm.  

The City's administration is also supposed to be presenting their proposals for relief which should consist of a plan for immediate, and long term solutions.

What we know if this Mayor and Council need us to put, and keep, the pressure on to take action. We need your help to do that.
