End the transportation of Canadian wildlife trophies
This petition had 1,928 supporters
Each year, tens of thousands of animals are killed in trophy hunts right here in Canada. Air Canada has stated that they will join other airlines in prohibiting the transportation of several types of wildlife trophies from Africa following the killing of the protected lion Cecil. But Air Canada can make their message felt more directly – and have a larger impact for the wild animals and environment of our country – if they make such prohibitions for animals killed in Canada.
