Here at CSUSB, our tuition dollars assist in the membership, cleanliness, and salaries of all of the employees present at the CSUSB Recreation Center. 

Recently, staff members at the CSUSB Recreation Center, are trying to impose on your tuition’s rights to a 100 percent free and open gym to lift weights, run, train, and use gym as freely as possible. 

More specifically, the CSUSB Recreation Center has implemented a baseless “Open Gym Policy” that we as CSUSB Student did not agree to as a payer of tuition here on campus. These policies include a shooting only and no game play permitted inside the gym area. 

Therefore the CSUSB Recreation Center is now limiting your rights for a full gym access in which you should be compensated for or refunded for that portion of those polices since they are newly implemented.
