The changes that have been going on in the recent weeks has been like nothing we've ever experienced before. I'm here to speak up and hopefully push for a solution for CSUF's diverse population. The changes that are occurring have completely rocked my world and many others who are in similar shoes. There are students who are single parents who are now trying to balance having their kids constant around while trying to show up and study for exams because daycare and school are closed. Students that have been let go from their jobs because they can't work and now have to deal with making sure they can pay rent this month. I'm not saying this should be a free hand out, but I strongly feel that none of us signed up for this type of education and there needs to be a solution to help individuals during this time. This can be setup to be an option for students and individuals who wish to keep it as a normal letter system could do so.

So please, CSUF, help support your diverse student population. Some out there have a whole lot more to deal with during these difficult times than having to worry about maintaining their GPA.
