Two more states outlawed Child Marriage in the US

Pennsylvania and Minnesota have ended child marriage in their states by passing legislation with a "bright line" of 18 years of age as a requirement for marriage with NO EXCEPTIONS. Bravo and now there are 46 out of 50 states to go!!!
