Today Public Accountability for our Capitol (PAC), a Citizens’ watchdog group which has called on the Governor and Legislature to stop the Capitol Annex Project, is announcing its website collecting the many facts and arguments they believe support re-planning the Project, whose cost has grown to $1 Billion.
