The latest comments confirm the public sentiment that Judge Dale Wells is a monster, "Judge Wells is a Monster. God will deal with these Monsters". Judge Wells abuses the court that pays him for his own personal gain. To date the court refuses to remove the monster of Indio family law perpetuating the vicious insanity that has the audacity to call itself a family law department. Litigants suffer unabated and and are exposed to the absolute mockery of a judicial officer who has only one purpose and to continue with his vicious tirade against select litigants. Judge Wells reputation as a monster has prevailed for over 10 years since his commissioner days in Department 3 M where non-noticed expartes where filed without moving documents against moms in particular. A particular trade mark is to declare a litigant a flight risk based on an non-noticed exparte when a child is still enrolled in school, when both parties still reside in the same state as do children and no effort has been made to leave the state. This "status" is used as a punishing tool by Judge Wells to force litigants to comply with outrageous vicious demands that have no basis in the law, where Judge Wells expects litigants, notably moms, to prostitute themselves before his court. Once Judge Wells has selected a target parents Wells will use ANY basis to continue his punishment even though the initial heinous order was undone by another judge, using the most illegal and unlawful tactics imaginable in any court. Judge Wells has his favorite fellow judges who do his bidding with a simple phone call prior to a proceeding, merely to ram an unlawful family law department down the throat of any party in family law. Judge Wells sabotages other judges by REFUSING to abide by their orders and discrediting them in front of attorneys and litigants with outrageous personal statements. The court truly BELIEVES that it is game to harm litigants on a daily basis.
