Judge Wells' absolutely favorite tactic in any family law case is to cover up abuse. Most notably this abuse emanates from the father and never the mother as moms routinely have their children removed in non exparte OSCs that are based on fraudulent flight risk allegations. The latest comments specifies that Judge Wells SEALS CPS cases that are not in his jurisdiction as they belong to the juvenile court not family law. Judge Wells has no authority to seal a CPS case after an exit order has been issued. In this instance the mom (once again a mom) complains that a CPS case was sealed to prevent that this be used against Dad in future proceedings. The only relevance of course is if the CPS case was actually SUBSTANTIATED for domestic abuse rather than the standard UNFOUNDED. Of course a CPS case cannot really be sealed unless a petition had been filed in a juvenile court by a social worker. Judge Wells of course did not preside in said case as Judge Wells has no knowledge of juvenile law in any capacity and does not preside in a juvenile law department. The abusive power trip of a so-called judge who covers up for abuse continues unabated.
