Judge Wells's reputation to protect father's at all cost prevail. Once again Judge Wells cannot keep his animosity and hatred from a party and litigates proceedings in his haste to protect a father from violations of a permanent restraining order. Judge Wells is emotionally enmeshed with the father in this case and has issued baseless sanctions and order to show causes that violate every single law to act against the mother in this case. Judge Wells refuses to abide by the law and violates every single law including refusing to file order to show causes that address the violations of a permanent restraining order issued by Judge Sterling. Judge Wells' hatred of Judge Sterling is well known including his refusal to address any court orders by Judge Sterling. In this instance the court filed forms that were not filed by the party in this case on 6/10/2016 in Department 2J, misrepresenting that they originated from the filing party, and refused to address the OSC re Contempt that was filed on the mandatory judicial council forms which contained sufficient probable cause and specific detail to be issued pursuant to CCP section 121;, instead Judge Wells prefers to play baseless games abusing his position in the court. Judge Wells at every proceeding has demonstrated bias and prejudice to the male party in this case and is incapable of addressing a single Request for order, order to show cause and any filed document and cannot look past his own hatred of the mother in this case, including refusing a divorce motion twice and two restraining orders while specifying that the father just needs to stop and that Judge Wells cannot make anyone be "nice" when addressing the heinous obscene communication directed at mom that affects children and their development. Judge Wells has created an anarchy kingdom that violates all relevant rules of court, especially family law, and refuses to abide by the civil code and the family code. Judge Wells is a disgrace to family law and a public embarrassment to the court. No parent can trust the actions of Judge Wells in their case as Judge Wells litigates proceedings based on his assumptions alone rather than the facts of the case or the law, refusing to allow parties to ligate as they see fit, a first amendment right that the United States guarantees.
