Judge Wells' reputation as a "monster" who removes children from their moms remains the same. Litigants are still complaining about children being removed from their parents without just cause or against the law, mainly due to a "fixation" that Judge Wells has against certain litigants especially when it comes to the "holy" least willing to share standard that moms are labeled with. Especially moms who facilitate contact with the other parent and who have evidence of such behavior. Children are moved to another state and then the other parent does not see their child for several years afterwards and still have to recover from the outrageous judicial rape and battery. This of course highlights the insane behavior of this judge with an unbelievably warped mentality, as children generally pursuant to the family code, need to be placed with the parent most "willing" to facilitate contact with the non-custodial parent. The Riverside Superior court refuses to take action and refuses to remove Judge Well from family law, failing to protect litigants who pay filing fees, evaluation fees and other court costs and fund the court. The following comments illustrates another mom's nightmare: "He had done the same to me. I had my daughter her whole life and all of a sudden her pill popping army dad takes interest in being a father 6 years later and Wells had taken my daughter from me and granted him full sole custody and moved her to kansas with complete strangers and the findungs that I was unwilling to share my daughter with her father. Totally untrue. I had telephone records of how many times we tried calling him and text messages of me asking if hes available to speak to his daughter, and i also had records of how often he called her. I took and passed a hair follicle ... I had airline receipts of the times I!!! Bought us tickets to see her father and his wife. I didn't deserve to get her taken from me like this. I'm still scrounging for money to take this back to court. ... I have summer vacations Christmas vacations and we alternate thanksgiving and spring break. I cant afford that many airline trips. I haven't seen my daughter in 2 years because he says No. Pleeease. Debench wells.
