Judge Wells has a history of protecting fathers at all cost. Comments indicate just how insane his decisions are as it relates to the impact on custody as case after case has emerged where another judge has finally corrected the insanity of Judge Dale Wells or parties had to move out of state to obtain the correct redress. Judge Wells relies on his assumptions and prejudices rather than applying the actual facts to any court proceeding and is an embarrassment and menace to ANY institution of law. "I too, have fallen into Judge Dale Wells courtroom to be discriminated and my rights severly abused. Due to finally getting another Judge, 2yrs later my children are in my full custody, no longer have to be subjected to neglect, abuses, and hurt from their Fathers poor decisions. 'My childrens Father is currently serving a 10 year prison sentence and awaiting his other sentencing. Please from one mother to another do not allow Judge Dale Wells to preside in Family Law and do not agree to any dealings with Diana Herrington, MFT. Truly a nightmare!!
