Judge Wells uses the court to viciously harass and attack a litigant. Judge Wells has once again set a hearing for sanctions without the mandatory filed Request for Order, pursuant to CA title five rules of court which specifies pursuant to Rule 5.92. "Request for court order; response (a) Request for order; procedures (1)In a family law proceeding other than an action under the Domestic Violence Prevention Act or a local child support agency action under the Family Code, a notice of motion or order to show cause must be filed on a Request for Order (form FL-300), unless another Judicial Council form has been adopted or approved for the specific motion or order to show cause." Judge Wells failed to file the Request for Order or serve it pursuant to CCP 1005 and there is no written notice of a motion pursuant to CCP 1010. Judge Wells specializes in harassing specific litigants in the most vexatious and malicious manner possible to compel a domestic violence victim to court, bonding with the ex-husband in a hearing to sanction a party who was ill. The only purpose is to harass and harm a mom to appear in court with an abusive ex-husband so that further harassment, abuse and harm continues, when the court refuses to take action and address the active domestic violence with children restraining order for children that has been pending since 10/13/2015 with the Riverside Superior court. The public has a right to be protected from the vicious harassment of Judge Wells who merely uses the Riverside Superior court to continue with his insane vendetta against certain litigants rather than recognizing how biased Judge Wells is.
