Judge Wells has persisted in maliciously sanctioning litigants 7 months after an alleged event without any order to show cause for sanctions on calendar and has included a "sanctions" order in a statement of decision when that issue was not brought to the court by the other party and there was no request for order for 271 sanctions on calendar in this case at any time. Judge Wells failed to file a judgment pursuant to CCP 664 "When trial by jury has been had, judgment must be entered by the clerk, in conformity to the verdict within 24 hours after the rendition of the verdict, whether or not a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict be pending, unless the court order the case to be reserved for argument or further consideration, or grant a stay of proceedings. If the trial has been had by the court, judgment must be entered by the clerk, in conformity to the decision of the court, immediately upon the filing of such decision. In no case is a judgment effectual for any purpose until entered." A written formal judgment still needed to be prepared pursuant to the CA rules of court that address the statement of decision process. http://www.courts.ca.gov/cms/rules/index.cfm?title=three&linkid=rule3_1590 The custody judgment needed to be filed on the mandatory judicial council form, FL 180 or FL 250, which specify MANDATORY on the forms. http://www.courts.ca.gov/documents/fl250.pdf http://www.courts.ca.gov/documents/fl180.pdf The public does not have any confidence in the integrity of the Riverside Superior Court as judges like Judge Wells abuse the system and the court processes to punish litigants when no proceedings are on calendar and absolutely fail to adhere to the law in any instance. The court fails to address the fact as to how Judge Wells abuses the law for vicious retaliation against certain litigants and litigates cases as a party to the case against the law when attorneys represent their clients.
