Cruel and malicious cat and mouse game continues. Judge Wells has completely lost it again. Judge Wells set two OSC for sanctions for failure to appear at a "mediation" when the only evidence before the court was that the party was ill and the first failure to appear at mediation was already excused by Judge Dale Wells. Judge Wells is once again abusing his position as a Riverside Superior court judge, wasting precious court resources, to force abused women to appear when yet another death threat and numerous incidences of domestic violence were presented to the court. Instead of addressing the violations of the permanent restraining order and the numerous incidences of violations of the joint legal custody order by the ex-husband Judge Wells took the relevant hearing off calendar and out of spite set a hearing for an OSC re sanctions for failure to appear at a mediation. Judge Wells has tried to sanction the relevant party on at least six different occasions, demonstrating his bias and prejudice to an unbelievable degree. Each and every incidence of violation of the permanent restraining order in place is ignored, domestic abuse is not relevant, instead hammering the "bitch" who was ill to the ground with two OSC for sanctions is the most relevant action for Judge Dale Wells. Judge Wells has a history of playing cat and mouse games with certain select litigants for selected for that privilege. which includes attorneys, taking an absolute delight in making a mockery of the law and abusing the law for his own retaliation games. Judge Wells furthermore, takes a delight in representing ex-husbands at proceedings acting as their own attorney making a mockery of his position as a judge and is incapable of seeing the law and facts before the court without his own personal bias and prejudice. Every hearing is colored by twisting of words, the law and insane prejudices that originate back to a small town mentality, without being able to see the relevant facts before the court. Judge Wells refuses to allow testimony and cross examination at proceedings, although it is allowed pursuant to title five rules and Family code 217 (a)( At a hearing on any order to show cause or notice of motion brought pursuant to this code, absent a stipulation of the parties or a finding of good cause pursuant to subdivision (b), the court shall receive any live, competent testimony that is relevant and within the scope of the hearing and the court may ask questions of the parties) and yet allows ex-husbands to testify at proceedings that are taken off calendar, when no proof of service was filed for that proceeding. Judge Wells refuses to adhere to the law and abuses his position in family law to get back at ex-wives in an unbelievable display of abuse of power. The court refuses to address the active request for domestic violence restraining order that is still listed as active in the court docket, playing heinous malicious games to hammer a party to the ground.
