California is broken, and Gov. Newsom is engaged in sedition (USC18, Sec 2384) by declaring California to be a Sanctuary State, giving taxpayer money to illegals, making trade deals with China, forming environmental agreements with Oregon, releasing criminals from prison, declared California to be a Nation State and allowing rioters to loot and burn property.  We the People declare Gavin Newsom and his government is in sedition and demand an Article 4 Section 3 Constitutional state split to form Jefferson, and as many other states as the people in other counties find necessary to restore their Liberty.  Gavin Newsom needs to be charged with Sedition and removed from office.
