This Year, the State of California will recognize and dedicate a day to the history of Lowriding - California Lowrider Holiday. By signing this petition, you are encouraging local and statewide elected officials to wave permit fees associated with reserving parks and recreational spaces.  This would result in California's historic lowrider parks/spaces (under the cities ownership) to be provided to local Lowriders FREE OF CHARGE, essentially moving each city's stance from criminalization/decriminalization to celebration.
