Hello everyone, I have been struggling finding people to help to get this petition to the dignitaries we need. It is a tough process. I have learned about a recent legislation passed law via referendum. It works in the way that first we would need a significant number of signatures to be able to put the petition into a real referendum, which is drafted by a lawyer, Then, the next step is the most important that we are approved to put the referendum onto a real ballot by the Secretary of State for our regular voting system of the State of California. And once it is on the ballot, that is when the whole California population would vote for it into a new law, legislation. So, this is a really tenacious prolonged process that I wish you all are with me because without you, I can never make it. And even so I need LOTS AND LOTS OF YOU ! So, at the moment, I am trying to contact with the Secretary of State of California to find out the first step of the number of signature to make our petition become eligible to be on the ballot. I will inform all of you via this platform. Besides, the website of our organization also have many information about this project and similar projects from other states. So I encourage you all to start to have the habit to visit our website.
