Katherine Thuy Miller: Reply to Ali Mousa: I know the House Physician program in Florida. But, excuse me for expressing my thought that these programs are backwards solution because they ask you to have an employer before you can have the license. It can only help individual doctors who can find someone to sponsor them. While I do not say our PhA project is easy, as I have been struggling for the last 7 years since 2011 doing a lot of research so I can understand the current licensing system. There are a lot of things that come out of the blue and not logical in our system. We should put the horse before the carriage, and not the other way around. You know what I mean. You have the license before you find a job.
