Petition updateCalifornia Governor: Issue a CLIMATE CHANGE EMERGENCY DECLARATION before it's too lateUnited States of Climate Change

Dear friends:
2017 is gone and its Climate Change-Related Major Disasters are behind but we are in 2018 and the Climate is not giving us any hint of letting up on us: unprecedented torrential rain in January in Southern California after the devastating fires in December that ruined Montecito in Santa Barbara and killed about 20 people in a few hours (Boulders the size of a car rolled down the scorched land above Montecito); snow, ice, freezing rain and hurricane force winds East of the Rockies, etc.
The Climate Change Major Disaster Declarations are needed more than ever but progress is very slow. Politicians and most of the public do not want to accept that it is that bad.
In this update I am giving kudos to The Weather Channel for producing and releasing the report we are featuring today called "United States Of Climate Change" where the State of the Climate and its relationship with the residents is described and analyzed to bring awareness on the fact that we all are experiencing Climate Change and ignoring it will only bring more suffering.
We leave you with this thought: WE CAN CHOOSE IF CLIMATE CHANGE IS A CURSE OR A BLESSING.
As always promote this petition and act wherever you are. We are already in trouble.
