On June 4, 2005, Enrique Anthony Godoy stabbed & killed Chasen Matthew Pacheco in cold blood.

Chasen and Enrique were friends. They had gotten into a small disagreement and the situation escalated. Enrique purchased a knife a few days prior to Chasen coming over to discuss their disagreement. Rather than talking, Enrique stabbed Chasen multiple times and ultimately died on the front porch. Chasen was unarmed and unable to defend himself and walked into an ambush.

Enrique was convicted of second degree murder and given 15 years to life plus 1 year for the use of the knife. Enrique is a coldblooded murderer who has never shown genuine remorse or taken serious responsibility for his actions. He is a threat to the Pacheco Family as well as the community. 

We humbly ask the Parole Board to please consider the pain and sorrow that Chasen's family and friends have endured and not grant Enrique Anthony Godoy parole.

Chasen Matthew Pacheco was born on April 27, 1985 and died June 4, 2005. Life without Chasen will never be the same to those who loved him and knew him. His sense of humor and his sense of style was unlike no other. People admired the fact that he never cared what people thought of him; he was himself regardless. Chase always knew how to make people laugh and could always put a smile on every ones face. He was taken from us much too soon, but he will never be forgotten.
