Yesterday, Vice published a piece regarding this petition, Ellen Lacter, the ISSTD, and the shocking continuation of the Satanic Panic within the Mental Health profession. According to Vice, the ISSTD refused several requests for comment. It was also revealed in the Vice piece that Ellen Lacter is/was an associate of celebrity stalker Diana Napolis, who had a restraining order leveled against her while she was pursuing a delusion that Jennifer Love Hewitt and Stephen Spielberg were conspiring to oppress her with Satanic Mind Control. Naturally, Napolis was a therapist, too. Will California finally take action against this lunacy? Paranoia, it seems, is contagious, and the delusional have no place providing their "help" to the mentally vulnerable.
