Ask the California Concerned Parents Association to refuse all private student data

Ask the California Concerned Parents Association to refuse all private student data
The Issue
The California Concerned Parents Association has convinced a judge to grant them access to all student records in California from 2008 to the present. This includes their full name, date of birth, address(es), social security number, medical records, disciplinary records, progress reports and more. They want to fish through this database to find violations against disabled students which they think are happening.
This is a huge invasion of privacy. Regardless of how they plan to handle the data, most parents and students don't believe they should have access to it in the first place. Sign this petition to lend you voice to this cause. We are asking the California Concerned Parents Association to refuse all files and/or documents which contain any personally identifiable information about students.
