Damian is a sweet 16 month old boy. He had a blood clot episode in utero, which caused a stroke. He was born with damage on both sides of his brain. Damian has yet to walk, crawl, or sit independently. Although he is working hard in physical therapy each week. Damian's mom's only way of getting his around right now is in a baby carrier that straps him to her. He is getting bigger each day. Many strollers have been tried.. but they all lack the proper support he needs, due to his weak muscle tone. He also has epilepsy, and is visually impaired. Damian needs this device, but unfortunately his insurance denied the claim from his neurologist. Damian's mom is currently appealing the decision, but need all of the support they can get!
