Glen Gulutzan has proven himself as an inconsistent, as well as incompetent head coach for the Calgary Flames over the last 2 years. Equipped with a star-studded offense and an all-star defense, Gulutzan fails to spark the team. A team with this much potential should not be floating in the bottom third of the league. If this team wants any possibility of saving a spiraling season, it is in their best interest to fire the coach. We need a coach that leads with passion, cares more about the team rather than his hair.
