The Issue
I believe that this project is not a proper development of this parcel, as defined by its zoning, and it is not in the interest of the county or the surrounding community. The industrial nature of the planned development would be offensive and dangerous to the residents and visitors of our hilltop, which is primarily a scenic residential area.
