There are a number of Licenced Hostelries in the area we see no reason at all that permission should not be granted.  The building would become a home, a family home where generations could live and settle in Bedwas for years to come. To have as their family home where locals are more than welcome to visit.  Miss Anderson and Mr Perkins have always been fond of Bedwas history and to restore the White Hart from the neglect and 'bad name' that it has recieved over the years, would be an honour for them. Far too many of these beautiful buildings are going to waste. We feel this would enhance the the village of Bedwas to no end. It would keep traditional family values that are so important to Village life and Community.
