Cabell Midland High School is currently a health and safety hazard.

From pictures of Cockroaches, Videos of the High School with rats running around. Bathrooms are worn down and not properly cleaned. No hand soap, No pest control.

Cabell County BOE needs to take one day and shut down the school and disinfect.
