In light of the alarming rise of Covid infections due to the Delta variant, we implore the Cabarrus  and Mecklenburg school boards to provide the option of virtual learning to middle school students. Many middle school children are under the age of 12 and are not vaccinated. This exposes them as well as any vulnerable family members to Covid infection. Kindly provide this option at least until vaccines become available for children under 12. Thanking you in advance - concerned parent.
