CAlTrans needs to scan for microchips...

Dear supporters, it's May 11 and today we have 2975 views and 350 signed supporters. This is great!  People are signing from all over the country. We have supporters from Utah, Hawaii, New York, Colorado, Nevada, Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Massachusetts, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Idaho, Minnesota, Arkansas, Nebraska, Washington, New Mexico, Kentucky, Missouri, Georgia, Florida, Montana, and many from California.  I'm only given the name of supporters and towns so my apologies if I missed your state.
