NHS staff are working and still having to pay travel expenses & while rest of UK is working from home.  I work in a Cancer Hospital & it costs me £25 a day to get to work in Central London from Essex via C2C & TfL.  My sister is a Health Visitor and pays over £350 a month to Greater Anglia to get from Essex to London and then another £5 a day on TFL to do home visits.

 My nephew is a student nurse who currently does not receive any bursary... this is in the process of returning but at present as well as paying University Fees, Cost of Living expenses he has to pay for travel to his placements.  He would be willing to go work in Central London as bank at this time but can't afford the travel expenses.  

 Police receive a Police Oyster card and can travel free on London Underground  & some National Rail Services.

We need to start with London Underground TfL and that NHS staff need to be able show their ID to get through barriers and then eventually be issues NHS Oyster Card  equivalent to what Police receive from TfL
